CRO Manager (ECommerce)

Were looking for a Manager of Buyflow Effectiveness to help us understand, test, optimize, and evaluate the performance of our website experiences. This role focuses on turning analytics into action by using insights, experimentation, testing, and measurement to assess customer behavior and determine how website experiences impact engagement and conversion. The role will work closely with the centralized Analytics & Reporting team, serving as the Residential Services Sales expert who applies data, partners on analysis, and ensures performance insights and experimentation results are clearly reported and understood across Digital Sales and partner teams. A major focus of this position will be experimentation and optimization. The individual will help manage a high volume of tests and will be responsible for interpreting results, assessing performance impact, identifying what drove the outcome, and translating test findings into clear recommendations and next actions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze website performance data to understand customer behavior and identify changes over time.
• Establish baselines and measure pre- and post-launch performance for website changes, enhancements, and new experiences.
• Partner with Analytics & Reporting to access and interpret Adobe Analytics data related to website behavior and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for website-related performance reporting, data interpretation, and insight requests.
• Lead test-and-target efforts, including test setup, execution, measurement, analysis, interpretation, documentation, and communication of results.
• Analyze A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization results to assess customer behavior and validate performance impact.
• Translate experimentation data into clear conclusions about what worked, what did not, why, and what should happen next.
• Identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and drop-offs across browsing and conversion journeys.
• Provide comparative performance analysis across site experiences, changes, and test variants.
• Build and deliver executive-ready reports summarizing performance trends, experimentation results, business impact, and key takeaways.
• Ensure website performance and testing outcomes are reviewed consistently to support continuous optimization.
• Create annual forecasts and models for ecommerce digital funnels.

This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
