Talent Acquisition Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in talent acquisition, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $25.00 per hour Shift: What's the Job? Coordinate recruitment activities and manage job requisitions to ensure smooth hiring processes. Provide administrative support, including scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports. Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems for accurate information management. Assist in preparing employment offers and supporting compliance with company policies and legal standards. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and stakeholder engagement. What's Needed? Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
