AristaCare at Cherry Hill, a 140-bed skilled nursing facility on Chapel Avenue West in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead daily nursing operations on our unit. Part of the AristaCare family of healthcare communities, our facility delivers post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care in a compassionate, beautifully maintained environment. The RN Unit Manager plays a key leadership role on our nursing team, and prior nursing home experience is required for this position.

Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care on the unit
Supervise and support nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
Ensure care plans are current and delivered accurately
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families
Maintain compliance and survey readiness on the unit
