About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Mobile Imaging Services to spearhead the establishment and long-term strategy of a new department dedicated to mobile diagnostic imaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of the department, including its organizational structure, staffing models, and operational workflows. This executive will also be tasked with developing a multi-year strategic plan, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the integration of mobile imaging into the company's broader clinical and business strategies. Key responsibilities include operational management, clinical quality and compliance, team leadership and development, financial and business performance, and driving technology and innovation in mobile imaging. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should be strategic thinkers with a proven track record in diagnostic imaging, mobile healthcare, or related clinical operations. The position requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in multi-modality service operations, particularly in skilled nursing and assisted living environments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ARRT certification, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. A Master's degree and experience with mobile imaging platforms and digital imaging technologies are preferred. The role demands a strong relationship builder, adept at leading change, and with a commitment to patient safety, service excellence, and ethical leadership. The VP will be expected to have a successful history of launching and scaling clinical service lines, with a focus on high-quality imaging outcomes, strong patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
