Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $11.50 - $11.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Eligibility Specialist:

• Take Applications verifications and determine eligibility for potential tenants

• Interview prospects applicants for section 8 program

• Explains applications and documentation completeness logs applications and input computer

• Explains programs and eligibility requirements to applications

• Prepares and written request for income verification

• Verifies income from third party via phone and mail and fax

• Notifies applicant in writing of the eligibility determination in accordance to Huds regulations and PHA policy

• Calculates applicants total tenant payment and determines eligibility

• Maintain applicant files, answers incoming inquiries from applicants and general public

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Office, Leasing

• Admin Experience

• Must be bilingual

• Must have driver license

• Own transportation

• Background check required

• Drug Test Required
