Salesforce Developer
Location: Schaumburg, IL / Remote
Permanent Fulltime
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
- Have good experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud
- Experience in Agenforce implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware like Mulesoft)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing rules
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering the requirements by coordinating with the business analysts, developers, and project managers, to better customize, and utilize the full functionality of the Salesforce.com
- Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned to project objectives
- Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to SFDC.
- Design solutions and accordingly work with the team till deployment.
