Role Summary The Dishwasher is an essential part of the Back of House team at Fancy's. This is an entry level position with real opportunity to learn, grow, and become a valued part of our kitchen operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and ready to show up consistently for their team. Responsibilities Keep all service ware, cookware, and kitchen equipment clean and guest‑ready throughout each shift. Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and dish station at all times. Assist cooks with food prep tasks as directed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support the kitchen team with additional maintenance tasks as assigned. Requirements Must be able to communicate and follow instructions in English. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
