Position Summary The Dishwasher must be able to work quickly and efficiently for long periods of time and enjoy the challenge of a high-volume work environment. Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability. Key Responsibilities Setting up dish pit; ensuring chemicals are properly stocked and connected Cleaning all dishes and small wares Other cleaning tasks as needed Minor prep tasks as needed Upholding food safety standards at all times Additional duties may be assigned as necessary Requirements Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred. Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one). Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.
