As a Commercial/Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will handle day-to-day account management tasks, including policy servicing, responding to client inquiries, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The role includes managing both commercial and personal insurance accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring coverage aligns with clients' needs. Daily responsibilities also involve processing policy changes, renewals, and new policies while supporting the agency’s goals for customer retention and sales growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to provide a positive client experience Knowledge of Personal Insurance and Commercial Insurance products Experience in Insurance services, including advising clients and creating tailored solutions Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Sam Buentello Insurance Agency, INC
