We welcome everyone and are dedicated to creating a culture where all our employees have equal opportunity to be heard and reach their full potential.What You'll Do:As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention. You will be communicating the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:You will prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offeringsYou will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfactionPresent and sell new products to our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutionsNegotiate pricing and contract terms and conditionsManage and interpret customer requirements: You will speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer serviceExpand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and servicesMaintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into SalesforceDevelop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expertWho You Are:Passionate about helping purpose driven organizationsBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environmentExcellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skillsDemonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachableDemonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targetsDemonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologiesStrong negotiation and analytical skillsSuccessful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problemsExcellent customer service, time management, and organizational skillsMust be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composurePhysical Considerations:Ability to work in a remote office environmentAbility to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephoneAbility to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and daysTravel Considerations:Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%Benefit offerings designed to promote a life of balance!At Ministry Brands, we recognize that your career is just one important piece of your dynamic life.
