Position Overview United Community Corporation (UCC) seeks a compassionate, mature, and dependable live-in Resident Assistant for its Clean Living Home. This role provides a supportive on-site presence, promotes accountability and positive community living, and helps residents maintain a safe, structured, substance-free environment. The House Manager serves as a liaison between residents and UCC management during designated working hours. Primary Responsibilities Support residents in maintaining a respectful, recovery-focused residential community. Promote strict adherence to house rules, curfews, and shared living responsibilities. Facilitate house meetings and encourage constructive resident relationships. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance needs. Encourage participation in recovery meetings, employment, education, and community resources. Maintain basic house logs and incident reports; communicate significant concerns to UCC management. Assist with routine conflict resolution and follow established emergency procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Resident Assistant, recovery residence house manager, peer support specialist, or residential services professional. Familiarity with substance use recovery and supportive housing. Strong communication, organization, conflict-resolution skills, and sound judgment.
