Description
American Traveler is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist for a long-term assignment requiring active licensure and setting-specific experience.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting
- 5x8-hour AM shifts, 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
- Experience in outpatient setting required
- Active license required; license required if applicable
- Can start with compact license but must obtain full state license while on assignment
- 1 professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates who worked perm/PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one full year
- Previous travelers or perm/PRN staff from more than one year ago should have eligibility confirmed prior to consideration
- Equipment provided during interview process
- Parking and dress code details will be provided on the first day
- 30-day notice required
