Anesthesiologist – Jackson North Medical Center Envision is currently seeking a full‑time, BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the collaborative, hands‑on team at Jackson North Medical Center, a 382‑bed acute care center located in North Miami Beach, Florida. Key Highlights Compensation includes a $100,000 Start Date Bonus and a $445,000 annual income (site‑specific modifiers for OB and Peds). Paid time off of 8–9 weeks annually, no waiting period for benefits, and 100% company‑paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage. On‑site anesthesia care team of 7 physicians and 13 CRNAs; 6 operating rooms plus off‑site locations (Cath Lab, GI, etc.). Pager call divided among 4 physicians: 7 a.m.–5 p.m. in‑house and 5 p.m.–7 a.m. pager call; obstetric CRNA coverage 24/7. Case mix includes general, orthopedic, GI, GYN, robotic, urology, neuro, OB, and healthy outpatient pediatric cases (>2 yrs). No cardiac or trauma cases.
