Support Associate - Soma

Position Objective The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, prioritizing our core principles across all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Our team encourages growth and a positive work environment. Functional Responsibilities Operational Excellence Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are merchandised and represented in a timely manner. Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices with items received, and timely complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests. Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement, as directed. Customer Experience Support the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards through strong operational processes that support a cohesive omni‑channel experience. Teamwork and Growth Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving. Seek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback. Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization. Complete other duties as assigned. This position may be found in multiple brands; some duties may vary by brand. Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company. Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing. Work quickly and within strict timelines. Show teamwork and collaboration. Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired. Communicate with customers, associates and management; wear or communicate with headset. Regular attendance essential; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Constant walking/standing – 67–100% of an 8‑hour shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1–33% of an 8‑hour shift. Frequent climbing – 34–66% of an 8‑hour shift. The wage range for this position is $16.90 – $21.10.
