About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its strategic and operational growth. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, providing financial leadership and guidance on a range of critical matters, including growth strategy, profitability, operational performance, and long-term value creation. This role is particularly focused on supporting the company's aggressive organic growth and its plans for a significant number of mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in leading IPO readiness initiatives and ensuring the company's financial operations are in line with the requirements of a public entity. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a proven track record in complex, multi-entity organizations. Experience in IPO readiness, public company preparation, and a background in at least two of the specified areas (capital markets, real estate finance, healthcare finance, or advisory/professional services) is highly valued. The role demands a strategic, analytical, and operationally focused individual with strong executive communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading a high-performing finance team and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
