Full Job Description
Qualifications (must haves):
- Be a licensed esthetician in the state of California
- Ideally, 1+ years of hands-on experience performing facial services- but willing to train the right candidate!
- Comfortable and capable of performing 4-8 facials per weekend
- Must be able to work on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are a must -- possibly Fridays too)
- Live locally (near Long Beach, CA)
- Live a healthy lifestyle and understand the importance of nutrition for the skin
- Be kind, reliable, punctual, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us!
The Job (what's expected):
- Provide 60 and 90 minute facial services to clients in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain an excellent retail sales to service ratio; check out and rebook clients
- Be an excellent communicator via texting with myself and clients who reach out, even on your days off.
- Participate fully in maintaining backbar orders; ship out products to clients
- Participate in all advanced training and certificate programs
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness; Perform monthly deep-clean responsibilities in your room.
- We do offer full-body waxing (though we mainly do facials) so ideally you'd be comfortable with waxing already- but willing to train the right candidate!
