Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Retention Specialist

Engaging with customers during critical moments, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Retention Specialist will provide exceptional service through inbound calls and emails, focusing on educating pet owners about the value of their coverage while working remotely in Pacific Time hours. Key responsibilities Educate and support customers requesting policy cancellations through empathetic communication Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy, efficiency, and productivity De-escalate challenging situations and provide solution-oriented support to retain customers Required qualifications 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment 1+ years of experience in a customer service role Proven success in retaining customers and handling cancellations Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote setting Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states Virtual Vocations Inc
