Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

To support a dynamic Personal Lines Service team, the full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage client accounts, handle inquiries, and develop strong relationships with clients and carriers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Servicing all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and account updates Answering incoming calls and emails to assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction Preparing necessary paperwork and entering activities in the AMS360 management system Required qualifications Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License Proven customer support experience in home and auto insurance Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, or other rating tools preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
