Your proactive approach will set the standard for outstanding customer care. Innovate and Improve: Review client accounts and proactively remarket them to uncover the best coverage options and pricing. Your insights will help clients make informed decisions. Collaborate and Negotiate: Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate favorable policy terms and conditions, ensuring clients get the best possible deals. Educate and Empower: Guide clients through their insurance choices, helping them select products tailored to their needs. Your advice will empower them to make the best decisions. Handle with Care: Manage claims reporting and resolution processes, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every client. Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to offer clients the most current and relevant information. Must Haves: Experience: At least 3+ years in personal lines insurance. License: Active state insurance license in personal lines or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Offer: Competitive Compensation based on your experience.
