Join North Arrow ABA as a Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist also referred to as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Traverse City, MI! If you'veever babysat, coached youth sports, worked at a daycare, been a paraprofessional, or tutored, you'reexactly who we want to talk to. We'llprovide paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support your professional growth every step of the way You’llreceive paid, hands-on training requiredto become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), setting you up with the skills and support needed to succeed. Pay: $18 - $23 / hour $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm or 12pm-7pm We're open Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm.
