Responsibilities: * Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations * Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance * Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and completed work * Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and field documentation * Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to prioritize and schedule service calls * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures Requirements: * Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or a related hands-on technical role * Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills * Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working in varying environments and conditions * Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus About Us: C P TEK 1 LLC is a trusted technical services provider based in Florence, SC, committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.
