- Load and unload vehicles with equipment, tools, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
- Perform detailed cleaning services for mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction projects.
- Clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected structures and contents.
- HEPA vacuum and wipe surfaces using approved cleaning products and EPA-registered disinfectants.
- Clean and maintain restoration equipment and tools.
- Properly bag and dispose of debris and used consumables.
- Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Complete end-of-day and jobsite cleanup.
- Follow the company on-call policy.
- Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Dependable transportation required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
