Job Description:
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Verifying insurance information and collecting patient payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks and office organization
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Upholding the practice's high standards of service and appearance

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist (eye care experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished demeanor; ability to maintain an upscale appearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Business professional dress code required
- Flexibility to work in multiple office locations as needed
