Production Operations Coordinator

Job Description We build protective packaging for aerospace, defense, and medical device customers — foam components, custom case inserts, and engineered wood crates. The work is precise, the customers are demanding, and the standards are high. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who can run a 25-person manufacturing division at a high level — someone who brings structure and process discipline without losing sight of the people doing the work. Safety first, quality second, on-time delivery third. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for everything that happens on the production floor. • Daily production across all departments — foam fabrication, crate construction, kitting, and finishing • The target is zero recordable injuries. • Quality at every stage of production. Our customers hold us to aerospace and defense standards and we hold ourselves to the same. • You coordinate priorities, lead times, and capacity across departments and resolve bottlenecks before they affect the customer. • The development of your Coaches and production staff.
