Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Labor/Heavy lifter for our client. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations by maintaining finished product specifications, controlling waste, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

Efficiently and effectively trim and handle products.
Maintain and uphold finished product specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist in controlling waste throughout the production process.
Follow all established standards and production requirements.
Follow GMP, PPE, safety rules, and company procedures.
Maintain required attendance and punctuality.
Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Line Lead.
Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, and kneel.
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to stop, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to follow GMP, PPE, safety, and quality requirements.
