Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center. Responsibilities:

Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center. Responsibilities:
- Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
- Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
- Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
- Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- Education: None required.
- Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
- Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
