Geotechnical Design Engineer (PE Required)

Overview PE-licensed Design Engineer to develop innovative, value-engineered geotechnical solutions for deep foundations, earth retention, and ground improvement projects. Responsibilities Develop value-engineered and cost-effective solutions for deep foundations, earth retention, slope stabilization, grouting, and ground improvement techniques Collaborate with team members to create preliminary designs and provide engineering support to the preconstruction group Oversee and assist in the development of shop drawings Prepare designs for project managers Provide engineering support during the construction phase of projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Minimum 3–7 years of experience in geotechnical and/or geo-structural engineering Experience in geotechnical construction design-build projects Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills Benefits Competitive experience-based salary with strong benefits package Opportunity to work on high-impact design-build projects Collaborative team environment with direct engineering support across preconstruction and construction phases Professional development in specialized geotechnical and structural design Stable role with a leading regional design-build contractor Salary $95,000 – $140,000 per year Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
