Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee large projects. Responsibilities + Lead and manage large projects from inception to completion. + Coordinate with engineering, sales, and estimating teams to ensure project alignment. + Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. + Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders. + Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Essential Skills + Proven experience as a Project Manager. + Strong project management skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and sales teams. + Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in estimating is a plus. Work Environment You will be working within a dynamic team of 3 Project Managers. The role requires effective collaboration and communication within the team to achieve project goals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wausau, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
