Our growing Heber Valley, Utah dental practice is looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team!

We believe great dental hygiene starts with giving hygienists the time, autonomy, and support to provide exceptional care. Our hygienists have the ability to control their own schedules while working closely with our doctors to identify periodontal needs and create personalized treatment plans.

We stay current with AAP periodontal guidelines and hold regular hygiene calibration meetings so our team can collaborate, share knowledge, and continue improving patient outcomes.

• Full-time Dental Hygienist position

As a Registered Dental Hygienist , you will play an important role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and build relationships with patients
• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and oral screenings
• Evaluate patients for periodontal disease, gingivitis, and other oral health conditions
• Provide preventive dental hygiene services and appropriate periodontal therapy
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Collaborate with doctors regarding periodontal diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA and infection-control standards
• Properly sterilize and maintain dental hygiene instruments
• Provide a positive, comfortable, and patient-centered experience

• Dental Hygiene degree or diploma from an accredited program
• Active Utah Dental Hygiene License (RDH)
• 1–2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred/required
• Current CPR certification
• Basic knowledge of dental practice management software
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care
