The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, a keen sense of empathy, and excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities: helping clients with personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing homemaking services: assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assisting with medication management: reminding clients to take their medication and performing basic medication administration
• Maintaining accurate records: documenting client interactions and care provided
• Collaborating with healthcare teams: working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Valid HHA certification: must be certified as a Home Health Aide
• Minimum 1 year of experience: in a home healthcare setting or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
