Sales Marketing Assistant

Aegon Consulting is looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing Houston team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping drive customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Support the execution of marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
- Assist with sales presentations, promotions, and client outreach
- Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness and drive results
- Track campaign performance and provide administrative support
- Collaborate with team members on new marketing and sales strategies
- Assist with special projects and event-based promotions as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales and marketing fundamentals
