Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaboratively develop detailed, tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering a strong support network around them.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care and comprehensive support.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic approaches and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on clients dealing with a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, enabling you to address the complex factors affecting mental health and well-being. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
