Merchant Brand Ambassador

Job Type: Regular • Location: Market – AMRET – GA – Atlanta 262 Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory. Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday Compensation: $21 per hour + 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity Requirements Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening. Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory. Responsibilities Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage merchants professionally. Introduce and educate new merchants on financial services and program benefits. Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations. Day‑to‑Day Field‑based position with daily travel; 22–35 retail visits per day depending on geography. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style supported by leadership and training teams. Benefits No weekends. Weekly Pay (DailyPay options available). Company‑provided mobile device and materials. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment. Reliable transportation within the assigned territory. Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus. Performance Measures Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits. Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity. Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
