We are looking for leaders who don’t just “run shifts,” but who help us maintain this energy. The Gig As a leader, you are the heartbeat of the Bodega. You aren't just managing a floor; you’re setting the tone for our team and our guests. You’ll be the bridge between our high-quality kitchen and the front‑of‑house experience, ensuring every guest feels like they’ve found a second home. Own the Shift: Handle the "nuts and bolts"—inventory, food safety, and quality control—with an eye for detail. Problem Solve on the Fly: Turn challenges into "no problem" moments for both guests and team members.
