Elevator Outside Sales Job OpportunityThis position will be hybrid to start, to train on the company products. This job is hybrid while learning the products and then fully remote. Base plus commission offered. The company location is Marietta, GA. No relocation is offered.Essential DutiesMeet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new businessProspecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client miningDevelop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referralsGenerate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goalsProject Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goalsConsistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as requiredProblem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
