This role offers unlimited commission potential and the backing of an established brand in a high-demand industry. Not a roofer? No problem - we welcome applicants from adjacent trades (HVAC, flooring, MEP, fire protection, and similar) looking to bring their client relationships into a growing industry.What You Will DoProactively identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and cross-selling into existing relationshipsBuild and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and other key decision-makersConduct on-site inspections to assess roofing needs and recommend tailored solutionsDevelop and deliver customized proposals, bids, and contractsCollaborate with estimating, service, and project management teams for a smooth sales-to-execution handoffTrack market conditions, materials, and competitors to strategically position Eskola's servicesTrack leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software, and consistently meet or exceed sales targetsWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience in commercial facilities sales, account management, or a related construction industry roleEstablished network of contacts within Eskola's target verticals (property management, industrial/manufacturing, education, warehousing, healthcare, logistics) in your marketSolid understanding of commercial building envelope and roofing systems, with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clientsProficient with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reportingSelf-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities at onceComfortable with regular travel to client sites and working at heights (ladders, elevated access equipment) for pre-bid walksValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPreferred Skills & CertificationsExperience with large-scale commercial roofing projectsKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsBilingual fluency in English and SpanishExperience in a fast-paced commercial roofing environmentWhy Join Eskola?Trade-specific training & room to grow within the companyMedical Insurance (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & company match)401(K) with company matchingCompany-provided technology/equipment as neededDental, Vision, Life, & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffEskola, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
