Responsibilities:

• Identify storm-damaged properties through thorough inspections and assessments, focusing primarily on roofing systems.
• Collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to assess damage accurately and determine the scope of necessary repairs.
• Provide detailed and professional estimates, proposals, and presentations to clients, clearly outlining the recommended restoration work.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices to educate customers and help them make informed decisions.
• Actively pursue and develop new leads and maintain existing client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
• Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and insurance claim procedures to provide comprehensive guidance and compliance throughout the restoration process.
• Collaborate closely with our roofing operations team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion of restoration work.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and project details for reporting purposes.
• Continuously enhance your industry knowledge and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in storm restoration and roofing sales.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or storm restoration industry.
• Extensive experience in assessing storm damage, specifically related to roofing systems.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and related industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust, build rapport, and effectively sell roofing restoration services.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to accurately estimate costs, evaluate project scopes, and prepare professional proposals.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and CRM software for lead management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation for on-site inspections and client meetings.

Compensation:

This position offers a highly competitive compensation package with a 10/50/50 split structure. Your commission will be based on gross profit. Ten percent of gross profit goes toward administrative costs. After the overhead is taken out, profit is split 50/50 with the company.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
