About the role - Conduct telehealth consultations with patients — diagnosing, prescribing medication as appropriate, and managing medication side effects - Provide exceptional, ongoing clinical support for patients - Respond to medical issues as they arise - Help shape improved models of care, stronger support programs, and better patient outcomes About you - Qualified health professional - You're a qualified Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted AHPRA registration - Passionate about telehealth and primary care - Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions; telehealth experience is a big plus - Tech-savvy - Confident navigating digital tools for clinical practice - Experienced decision maker - You make timely, accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise, and stay steady under pressure - Trusted - Patients trust you because of your experience, confidence, and manner - Clear communicator - Communicating with patients, health professionals, and team members comes naturally; you get the message across clearly and concisely - Heart - Patients feel safe and supported in your care, and keep coming back Why join Eucalyptus?
