Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join a growing Urology Team in the Hudson Valley. This opportunity is perfect for those interested in an outpatient urology role with a top multispecialty practice.

The practice is looking to fill four outpatient urology NP positions:

• Two positions in Poughkeepsie
• One position in New Windsor
• One position in Kingston

This is an office-based role where NPs will not be credentialed at the hospital.

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Remote call rotation: 1 weekday evening per week (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• 1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM)

Join a well-established team of 13 urologists and 7 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with an additional urologist starting in July.

• Conducting non-invasive preventative screening procedures
• Assisting with minor urologic procedures
• Managing general urology conditions, including:
  • Bladder conditions
  • Pelvic disorders and pelvic pain
  • Related sexual dysfunction

This is a true general urology outpatient role with training and onboarding available. The practice is open to new graduate NPs and has experience training newer providers.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Eligible for New York licensure
• Interest in outpatient urology
• Open to new graduates or experienced providers
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a team-based model

Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is a direct competitor to CareMount and Crystal Run, offering beautiful facilities with in-house CT and ultrasound imaging capabilities. The group has a large footprint in the area for Urology. Candidates with direct urology experience are preferred but those with related procedural or hospital experience (GI, Cardiology, Derm, Emergency Room, etc.) may also be considered.
