Quality Analyst

To support quality assurance initiatives, the full-time remote Quality and Training Analyst will ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across operational departments, conduct quality audits, and contribute to training content development. Key responsibilities Conduct individual file audits to ensure adherence to internal processing guidelines and gather data for analysis Promote quality awareness by identifying trends and providing coaching and training opportunities across departments Assist in the facilitation of training sessions and coordinate quality meetings to drive process improvements Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of related professional experience in insurance quality analysis, underwriting, or premium auditing Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation and general insurance across multiple states Experience with project management or workflow tools, such as Jira, and documentation platforms like Confluence Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage work across multiple departments and shifting priorities
