Level III Quality Analyst $65K - $75K ESSENTIAL JOB CRITERIA BS degree in Computer Science, Information System or relevant discipline Comprehensive understanding of SQL language, such as MySQL, MS SQL Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point with strong bias towards Excel Excellent attention to detail, ability to focus throughout working day Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Teamwork Confidentiality and discretion Customer service Dependability PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Required skills Provides administrative and analytical support to the quality department Records data accurately and creates quality analysis reports and quality KPIs Prepares both external and internal reports / KPIs Understand relational database architecture and the schema design Run queries and generate component yield reports as needed Advanced Excel user with good all-round MS Office tools capability A comprehensive understanding of server and rack components and the method of their assembly Maintains records and KPIs for all aspects of non-conforming material Approves non-conforming material records for repair team Managing non-conforming material recovery and the respective records and KPIs Supporting in all aspects of RMA Maintains all aspects of document control Maintains and supports in all aspects of the ISO Intranet Assists with the preparation of ISO documentation and document management Maintains files for the quality department Must be flexible in their approach to work and tasks to meet the needs of the business Preferred but not essential Previous experience working in a quality department Inspection experience Computer hardware knowledge ISO auditing experience or knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 What’s in it for you
