Toscana Divino Lifestyle is looking for a dynamic and experienced Line Cooks and Lead Line Cook to join our full-service restaurant in a high end residential property!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and plating guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
• Ensure all food is prepared with proper portion control, quality standards, and food safety practices
• Assist with daily kitchen prep including chopping, portioning, sauces, and mise en place
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Follow all sanitation, health, and safety standards in compliance with company and local regulations
• Support inventory organization, product rotation, and proper food storage
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish
• Lead Line Cook candidates may also assist with coordinating the line, mentoring team members, and ensuring service standards are maintained
