Tollefson's Carpetland is currently looking for a Full Time Sales Specialist to join our team! The Sales Specialist will work to create a incredible shopping experience for customers, foster teamwork among co-workers, and uphold company values. What we offer:Excellent non-capped commission-based compensation. If you are ready and eager to sell you will reap the benefits of these commissions offered, with an estimated range between $18 - $38 hourly. Full-Time employees are also eligible for our benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account w/Company match, and 401(K) w/Company match (after applicable waiting period), Paid-Time-Off, Employee Purchase Discounts, and more! Qualifications for a Successful Sales Associate: High School diploma or GED required. Previous experience preferred but not required. Valid and insurable driver's license. Mathematical skills to calculate square footage, flooring measurements, discounts, interest, and percentages are required.
