Ampersand Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based position in Summerville, SC. What You’ll Do Part-time position, in-person only Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs) Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices What We’re Looking For MUST HAVE: National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Experience with behavior management, and data collection Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
