• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Train and support school staff in implementing effective behavioral strategies
• Monitor individual progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
• Support positive, inclusive learning experiences for all students

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Prior school-based experience as a BCBA is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated skill in conducting, documenting, and presenting behavioral assessments
• Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration
