Position Autumn Hills Healthcare Center is hiring for an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA). Salary and Benefits Salary: $85,280 - $104,000 PRN/ON CALL. Sign-on Bonus Available! PTO Referral Bonuses Responsibilities Administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems. Administers tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency. Provides direct clinical treatment in accordance with an established plan of care. Participates in an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Assists the patient with tools and treatments for specific patient needs. Maintains confidentiality of patient records. Conducts simulated and/or actual home assessments, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment, along with the OT/PT as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Occupational Therapy. One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed.
