Bilingual Collections Specialist - Dallas (In-Office)

DigniFi is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our in-office team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will contact delinquent customers, perform collections calls, and manage account adjustments and reconciliations. The role requires experience in consumer loans and collections, knowledge of FDCPA/CFPB, and strong communication skills.
