Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid California licensure or credentials as required
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students with varied needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide hands-on consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and families
- Collect, analyze, and interpret student behavioral data to inform decision making
- Foster positive behavioral change and developmental growth through expert guidance
