Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary Outside sales representative responsible for selling STOP‑FYRE, a fire extinguisher, directly to farmers by driving farm to farm across agricultural markets nationwide. Compensation Commission only; average annual earnings about $90,816, top performers earning over $200,000 annually. 100% straight commission with weekly performance bonuses. Location & Travel Rep must be located in agricultural areas nationwide and will be a road warrior driving within a protected territory. Product STOP‑FYRE (The World’s Best Fire Extinguisher), a fire safety product marketed to farmers. Key Responsibilities Directly sell STOP‑FYRE to farmers, driving farm-to-farm visits. Build and maintain relationships with farm customers. Meet or exceed sales targets set for the territory. Provide product knowledge and support to customers. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced outside sales representative with many years of sales experience. Excited to sell, competitive, and always expects to win. Strong connection to the agricultural community – grew up or worked on a farm or has regular business with farmers. Background in construction or excavation – construction work, sales to construction, or own construction business. Entrepreneurial, independent, self‑driven, and business‑minded. Committed to helping others – past experience as firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT. Performers with proven hunting successes. Willing to learn and train – embraces new ideas. Ambitious, no‑excuse mentality, burning desire to succeed. Independent and self‑motivated. Passionate about customer, product, and team. Trustworthy and align with core values.
