Overview Join a dynamic opening team in a historic renovated building with a unique concept! The Cambria Hotel Boston Logan Airport is seeking a Dinner Server to deliver elevated, engaging evening dining experiences in a polished but approachable atmosphere. Position Summary The Dinner Server provides full-service dinner service while building genuine connections with guests. This position requires strong menu knowledge, accurate order execution, thoughtful recommendations, and close teamwork with the culinary and bar teams. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive, professional full-service dinner service Develop strong knowledge of food, beverage, and featured menu offerings Explain menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and available modifications Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and identify appropriate upselling opportunities Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate allergies, dietary needs, and special requests Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all items Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to additional needs Process checks, room charges, credit cards, and other approved payment methods accurately Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service stations Complete assigned opening, closing, stocking, and side-work responsibilities Engage guests professionally while maintaining appropriate pacing and service standards Maintain compliance with Cambria/Choice Hotels standards and all property policies and procedures Qualifications 1+ year of restaurant service experience preferred Evening availability required Strong communication and guest engagement skills Ability to learn and confidently discuss food and beverage menus Ability to multitask and remain organized during high-volume service Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Compensation $8–$10/hour + tips What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and position Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding hospitality portfolio Dynamic, team-oriented culture Opportunity to be part of an exciting hotel opening Schedule PM dinner shifts Weekends and holidays as business demands Why Join Us?
